It must have been written in the stars that I should find  Dr Abie. I have been suffering from a bad back for many years, but have seen a dramatic improvement in a really short time. Dr Abie is phenomenally positive and encouraging, while also delivering amazing results. Her holistic approach provides balance through body and mind. I feel far more knowledgeable about my body and nervous system. I highly recommend Dr Abie. 

My experience with Abie has been no less than incredible. Nearly 6 weeks in, not only am I moving better but I feel more awake, happier, more in control and engaged with life (if that doesn't sound too weird!). Abie goes deeper than just making spinal adjustments to free up the nervous system - which she does effectively and with loads of care. She tends to try and find out how she can help you achieve your best self holistically too, which is something I wasn't expecting but have found is really soothing and grounding. To be honest, I will seriously miss not seeing her each week when we start to taper my sessions down! 

I've been getting care for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. I was lucky to find Dr Abie Grace as my chiropractor when I was really struggling with backache. She has helped me so much, not only with my back, but with my mind and learning more about my body. My time with Dr Abie was really memorable and uplifting as I started with her at a very low point physically and mentally. Her humour, huge generosity of spirit and healing hands lifted me back on to the main stage. I miss her.

Within moments of meeting Abie, I knew I had made the right decision. After a very thorough first consultation, we worked out a treatment plan, and since then, it's been a total revelation. She pays attention to everything from your state of mind to how you're feeling on a deeper, more spiritual level. I can't express how much she's done for me! It's been life-changing. I must say Abie is changing my life week by week. I feel so much better physically, but also mentally and emotionally as Abie is using muscle testing to analyse dysfunction and blocked energy in the body. She has been a great support and I am glad I found such a lovely and genuine practitioner.

As a professional photographer, my back is constantly taking the strain of heavy equipment and when it aches Dr Abie fixes it! She always identifies the problem and uses a variety of techniques to solve it. She is really professional, enthusiastic, knowledgable, keen to help and I highly recommend her, she is superb!

Abbie is an amazing Chiropractor. She helped me to get back to my regular activities when I had severe back pain. I was able to come off strong pain killers after few weeks of adjustments to which, I was very much dependent on. I always look forward for my appointments.Abbie answers any of the questions with smile face and with detailed explanations!

I was very sceptical at first about chiropractic because I had a bad experience with another one previously, but I have to say Abigail was brilliant. She was very conscientious and supportive throughout my session with her.

Abbie has been amazing. I started going to her when I was 22 weeks pregnant, it helped so much throughout my pregnancy and have continued since giving birth. The adjustments helped me throughout my pregnancy, especially when I developed sciatica at 33 weeks. Since having my son the cranial massages have definitely helped to relax me as a first time mum. Abi is just brilliant and lovely to talk to I have been seeing her since February and wow what a difference she has made with my back. She also gives you lots of tips on vitamins etc. Fabulous, highly recommended.

Well what can I say, how amazing, Abie is lovely, I have had a bad back for years and didn’t realise that my body was out of alinement, I couldn’t turn my head properly either way, I started going twice a week, now down to once a week, I now feel so much better physically and mentally, I am now in balance, my back is so much better and I can now turn my head, Abie has recommended re-bounding on a trampoline, just 10 mins a day, I have lost a lot of fluid in my ankles and all over my body, lost 7 pounds in weight, and feel so much fitter, she has also recommended a healthy shake to make my insides healthier, can’t recommend enough, excellent!!!
