This oil is incredible, it can be used for any cold, flu or tooth ache (it saved me from a root canal & the dentist didn’t even need to touch that tooth after just three days of using this oil).

The best way to take most oils is to apply them to the soles of your feet, this is the quickest way to absorb them into your bloodstream. You can add a few drops to water and drink like a tincture and with toothache I apply it directly onto the tooth and gum area.

Another superhero in the wellbeing world, this is a specific honey from New Zealand which is high in antibacterial properties accompanied with antiviral, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory abilities. Make sure you do not heat up this honey as this will kill of some of these properties.

You need to buy quality Manuka with a high grade (85 MGO or 24plus and stronger, its written on the jars).

I take a spoonful a day to add to my daily wellbeing ritual increasing this to 3 times if I feel the vibe of illness coming on.
